Based out of Red Deer Alberta Canada, self taught musical prodigy Kyle MacDonald-Ross started playing guitar at the age of 16. Influenced by hip-hop and electronic music in the grain of Machine Gun Kelly, Eminem, Marshmello, Blink 182, Avenged Sevenfold and Disturbed, the talented producer in his own words “hasn’t really stuck to a certain genre because I have a big love for music and think it all has its own place. I’ve been independent!”
Working from home on his music during the global pandemic the Canadian phenom signed a distribution contract with Amada Records and released the smoking-hot single “Fire it up.” As I write this, the song is currently charting No.3 on the iTunes Top 100 Electronic Music Charts. K Mac Beats is taking all of the success in modest stride as he explains “I hope in the future I can start helping others realize their potential in music and give back to the community, showing support for other artists trying to make their way and build relationships.” Follow the movement on Spotify and on Instagram!
